The Netropy 100G is the most diverse network emulation tool available for validating the performance of 100GbE network equipment and the industry's first testing appliance capable of emulating 25/40/50/100Gbps WAN links (Quad 25Gbps channels, QSFP28 Optics). Easy to Use
The Netropy 100G Network Emulator is quick to install, intuitive to configure, and easy to operate. The Netropy GUI provides the responsiveness of an application with the convenience of a standard web browser.
The Netropy 100G simulates up to 15 separate WAN links, making it easy to simulate large numbers of gigabit or other high-speed links through a single pair of ports. Packets are assigned to individual links by IP source and destination address range (IPv4 or IPv6), VLAN, MAC address, MPLS label, application port number, or any other packet field.
Bandwidths up to 150 Gbps
Accurately simulate links from 100 bits per second up to 90 Gbps at full line rate in one direction, or up to 75 Gbps in both directions (for a total of 150 Gbps), for all packet sizes.
Latency up to 20 sec.
Emulate delay and jitter of 10 seconds or more in each direction, in increments of 0.01 ms, with a constant, normal, exponential, or uniform distribution.
Packet Loss, Corruption, and Outage
Set random, burst, or periodic packet loss, or a bit error rate. Test the effect of data corruption on voice and video applications. Check how applications recover from network outages.
Capture and Replay Live Network Conditions
Record the delay and loss of the live network as they vary second-by-second and replay them through the Netropy emulator in a repeatable test environment.
Replay PCAP Files as Background Traffic
Test how applications run over a congested network without costly traffic generators or a rack full of client machines using Netropy's unique background utilization feature that replays PCAP files as background traffic. Each PCAP stream can replicated to simulate large numbers of users or scaled to adjust the timing and bandwidth usage.
